Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for HR-related systems, including but not limited to, UltiPro & Kronos
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of HR-related data
  • Maintain and support a variety of reports using appropriate reporting tools
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
  • Assist in development and execution of training programs for all HRIS applications
  • Responsible for training new system users
  • Recommend HR process improvements through more effective use of HRIS applications
  • Partner with IT and Accounting Departments
  • Maintain HR System security
  • Participate in special projects
  • Updates and communicates changes to workflow
  • Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of upgrades. Collaborates with HR and Payroll to schedule upgrades

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field or equivalent relevant work experience 

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven ability to conduct research, analyze information and data, and present findings in a logical, concise format
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing
  • Strong understanding of HRIS design & processes
  • Experience with UltiPro and Kronos
  • Exhibits organization, planning, and decision making skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle and manage confidential data
  • Flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced proficiency with BI / Cognos, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills including using advanced techniques for analyzing and manipulating data and managing Macro commands
  • Demonstrated skill in preparing written reports and business correspondence
Physical Demands:
This position is generally performed in an office setting with frequent interruptions.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.  Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.  This position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
