Maintenance Tech II

WS Packaging Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a 2nd shift position. M-F 3PM-11PM with OT and weekend as needed.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • General building maintenance including maintenance of corporate auto fleet, snow removal, moving office furniture.
  • Rack building and welding.
  • Mechanical repairs and modifications of equipment.
  • Installation of various piping for compressed air and chilled process water.
  • Troubleshooting industrial equipment.
  • Move and installation of industrial equipment.
  • Help maintain an inventory of necessary supplies by keeping Maintenance Supervisor aware of usage and possible requirements
  • Keep a detailed record of all preventive maintenance, adjustments and repairs to each machine.
  • Assist in training of Maintenance I & II employees.
  • Under the supervision of Maintenance Manager, assist in the diagnosis and repair of malfunctioning equipment.
  • Install and maintain all safety features as required on all machinery and equipment.
  • Required to work 12 hour shifts; required to work weekends as scheduled on a regular or as-needed basis.
