Part-Time Accounts Data Entry Clerk

Position Objective:
To process all incoming Supplier (Vendor) invoices with accurate coding and data entry to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling of invoices.
Role & Responsibilities: 
  • Match daily invoices to received items to process for payment.
  • System data clean-up as assigned.
  • Scan, file or otherwise handle paperwork as directed.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Requires an High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
  • This is an entry level position; applicants with experience in similar clerical roles will be given greater consideration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate conversations with suppliers, co-workers, and management.
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization.
